Jubilant DraxImage’s Free CE Credit

Jubilant DraxImage produces a lot of Nuclear Medicine products, such as MAA, DTPA, MDP & Sestamibi kits, I-131 capsules & solution, and Rubidium-82 generators as well.

There website offers only 1 credit, it’s a VOICE credit and it’s free.

You watch a YouTube video titled “Optimized Use of V/Q in the Modern Era”, then take a 10 question test.  It’s pretty interesting.

What you should know if you’re going to do this online CE activity:

  • Scoring of the test is done manually
  • You don’t get an email confirmation that they received your answers.. nothing
  • You don’t hear anything for about a month
  • I happened to pass the test, so I received an email about a month later with my VOICE certificate
  • If you don’t pass, however, it’s unlikely you’re going to remember all the course content
  • So make sure your answers are right the first time
  • The test is not too difficult & the video is right there for you

How to Use the Website & Get Your Credit

Click here to go to Jubilant DraxImage’s Programs for Technologists page.

You’ll be take to the page below.  Click as indicated:

You’ll be taken to the below screen.

Watch the YouTube video, then click “Complete Program Post-Test”:

The test will appear below the video. Answer the questions & click “Submit”:

After you press the submit button, the only confirmation you’ll get that they received your answers is the green text below:

This can be a little disconcerting… when are you going to get your results?  You don’t even get an email confirmation that they received your answers & will be sending you your results soon.

I took my test on June 29th and didn’t hear anything at all until August 3rd, when they emailed my certificate to me.

Apparently everything is done manually.

But, hey, it’s free right?

If you’re not in a hurry to get your credit, it works.

Jim has been the Technical Director of an IAC Nuclear/PET nuclear cardiology lab for the last 11 years.

He originally developed the NucReporter to keep his lab's reports 100% ICANL compliant. But his interpreting physicians liked it so much, they encouraged him to commercialize it. Realizing that the NucReporter could make other CNMTs' & Cardiologists' lives a LOT BETTER, he decided to go for it.

Jim's vision is a world where nobody worries about ICANL report compliance or report deficiencies, and all SPECT/PET MPI reports are complete, crystal-clear, & a breeze to quickly create.
